Wana be a Leader then

Never

v Say something can’t be done (Mission impossible are quite rare!).
v Underestimate the power of teamwork (Ordinary people achieve extraordinary things).
v Accept anything less than excellence, especially of yourself.
v Be satisfied for a longer period rather than instant.
v Get complacent (you never know anything going around).
v Walk away from tough decisions (things gets worse).
v Underestimates competitors (they are smart people too!).
v Stop listening, questioning and innovating (there are always a better way)
v Be afraid of taking risks (except with health and safety issues).
v Waste an opportunity to make an input (“I didn’t think it was my job”).
v Underestimate your customers (your salary depends on them).
v Fail to learn from your mistakes (all clever people make mistakes; stupidity is making the same mistake twice).
v Fail to give credit to those who deserve it (let someone else score the goals).
v Forget to say “Thank you” for a well – done job / task (these two words are the most underused in any language).

And Always

v Tell the truth, no matter how difficult.
v Keep your promises!
v Surprise your boss (positively, it is OK, but negatively - never).

Thanks Shailendra
